What is a CSA Farm?
CSA is short for Community Supported Agriculture. It is an unique connection between families and farms. Members make a commitment to support the farm and in return, share in the weekly harvest.
In Japan, it is called Teikei, "Food with the farmer's face on it."
Farmer Drew & Teacher Kimberly
Drew worked in landscape for over ten years before he started dabbling in gardening. His dream was to own land and grow food using permaculture and other organic practices. Kimberly is a farmer at heart and she also teaches 4th grade in Nevada City. They have been growing food for people in Nevada County for four years and for over 40 families.
